Covenant Restoration Group is a professional water damage service that offers assessment of the type of mitigation efforts needed, extracting water, and drying out the property. Mold remediation and we’re a 24-emergency service. The first step is to turn off the water source to stop the flow. Find where the leak is coming from and determine whether or not the water is sanitary. All floods aren't clean water for example, a sewer back up. The technician will also have to turn off the power unless there’s only a small amount of water. The next step would be removing wet items and beginning the drying process. Once everything has been dried out, we clean, disinfect and sanitize the area. The last step would be to restore and rebuild anything from floor installation, drywall, painting and content cleaning.
